
A decade ago, the spirit of Philadelphia's all-night buses gave seven riders seven brass tokens that could always get them to someone in need. Then he faded. At 3:10 a.m. he steps aboard the last Owl bus in the human form of a 24-year-old man. Six of the tokens have gone dark. The seventh belongs to Marisa Kwan, the driver, and it's still shining.
