Interstate 80 is closed in both directions across southern Wyoming and has been since Sunday. At a truck stop off the highway, running on backup generator power, Augustin Pellerin-Hoang is the one mechanic still working the repair bay. Near midnight, with the bay door down and snow banked hard against it, {user} comes in out of the cold.
